With the rapid development of deep well drilling technology in China,the research of anti-high temperature drilling fluid is facing more and more technical problems.In the drilling of high temperature oil and gas wells,the quality of drilling fluid is the key to drilling costs,drilling speed and engineering success.At present,the use of high-temperature deep-well drilling fluid formulations generally have a wide range of treatment agents,the amount of excessive use of the ills,resulting in the latter part of the maintenance becomes complex,performance control is more difficult.At the same time,the drilling fluid at high temperature filtration capacity,rheological control is also the difficulty of high temperature drilling fluid technology.In view of the above reasons,this paper mainly for high temperature drilling fluid rheology and filter loss control two aspects of anti-high temperature drilling fluid formulations research.The overall goal is to develop a simple formula,the total amount of less than 15%of the anti-200 ? high temperature water-based drilling fluid system.The status quo of the existing part of the anti-high temperature treatment agent and the anti-high temperature drilling fluid system at home and abroad is summarized first.Then,the mechanism of high temperature failure of high temperature resistant agent and the influence mechanism of high temperature on drilling fluid treatment agent were analyzed in detail.At the same time,through the indoor experiment,the domestic part of the existing anti-high temperature drilling fluid treatment agent temperature test performance and comprehensive evaluation.A new anti-200 ? new polysulfide drilling fluid system was established with the preferred anti-high temperature reducing agent HF-1 as the core treatment agent:4%Bentonite + 5%SMP-? + 5%SMC + 0.4%HF-1 + 4%NaCl + 5%KC1 + 3%Sulfonated Asphalt + 0.5%PSA + Compound Barite(High Density Barite:Fine barite = 4:1),the density is 2.3g/cm3.By analyzing the rheological properties of the drilling fluid,the influence of the crosslinking reaction and the effect of the degree of crosslinking on the performance of the drilling fluid were discussed in detail,and the viewpoint of improving the performance of the drilling fluid was proposed.Subsequently,the drilling fluid system of high temperature stability and other properties were evaluated.The experimental results show that the system has good high temperature stability and rheology.The high temperature and high pressure filtration after aging at 200 ? can be controlled below 15 mL while maintaining a plastic viscosity of no more than 45 mPa.s.Laboratory experiments show that the system has good performance under high temperature conditions and can meet the requirements of existing high temperature formation drilling for drilling fluids.
