Spreading And Control Of Employees' Unsafe Behavior In Coal Mine Based On Complex Network Model

Since 2005,the number of accidents human deaths in coal mine have shown a downward trend,but there is still a serious accident occurred in the coal industry.According to a large number of statistics at home and abroad,the main causes of production safe accidents in coal mine is employees' unsafe behavior,which are interactional and transmissible in practical work.Also the spreading behavior results in the hidden danger increasing in coal mine furtherl.In safety production of coal mine,employee's safety knowledge and skill level,safety awareness and other internal factors,and safety climate,safety rules and regulations,the infulence degree of other members of the group and other external factors all have effect on employees' unsafe behavior spreading in coal mine.Therefore,based on the autual safety management situation to study the problem of employee' unsafe behavior in coal mine systematically to understand the influence factors and the basic situation of employees' unsafe behavior spreading network is particularly inprotant to control the employees' unsafe behavior spreading.The core part of the research is that,according to literature to design the interview outline about influence factors of employees' unsafe behavior spreading in coal mine firstly.Then according to the result of interview to design the questionnalre about influence factors of employees' unsafe behavior spreading in coal mine.Quantitative analysis about influence factors of employees' unsafe behavior spreading in coal mine is done according to the collected survey data by using SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0.Then the structural equations are constructed to verify the hypothesis of relevance between employees' unsafe behavior spreading situation and its various factors in coal mine.Secondly,to analysis the complexity of employee's unsafe behavior spreading network in coal mine based on Group Behavior Theory,and construct employees' unsafe behavior spreading network in coal mine based on the Small World Network by using the Matlab software,then according to the characteristic value of the constructed employees' unsafe behavior spreading network to prove that it has the small world characteristics.Finally,bring the influence of unsafe behavior disseminator,the learning ability of unsafe behavior recipient and other parameters into employee's unsafe behavior spreading nerwork model to simulate and analyze employee's unsafe behavior spreading.Thirdly,to provide some measures to control employees' unsafe behavior spreading based on influence factors of employees' unsafe behavior spreading and Behavior Modification Theory according to simulation and analysis on the employee's unsafe behavior spreading network model.Finally,the research results are summarized,and some reasonable suggestions are given.
