Study On Ecological Red Line Delineation In Karst Mountainous Area Of Guizhou Province Based On GIS

The contradiction between environmental protection and resource development has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,our country began to explore how to carry out the work of ecological environment more effectively.Under the guidance of ecological civilization construction and sustainable development theory,the ecological protection red line as a new form of ecological environment protection was first put forward.As an advanced demonstration area of ecological civilization construction,Guizhou attaches great importance to the environmental problems in the province.Therefore,the delineation of ecological red line in Guizhou is very necessary.The delineation of ecological red line area is an effective way to protect and improve the ecological environment,maintain a virtuous cycle of the ecosystem,give full play to the ecological service functions,and achieve sustainable use of environmental resources.This paper mainly expounds the basic theory of ecological red line and the connotation of ecological red line.Prohibit the Development Zone red line and limit the Development Zone Red line,The partition method is also discussed:On the way to prohibit the development zone,Based on the existing division,the protection zone planning combined with remote sensing image,terrain data,Comprehensive delineation,Draw the Forbidden Zone Red line.The restricted development zones are divided according to the ecological sensitivity evaluation and the evaluation of ecosystem service function.The ecological environment is extremely sensitive and ecological service function of the region is extremely important to draw the development of restricted ecological red line distribution map.On the basis of the theory of ecological red line,In guizhou province as an example for empirical study.Taking into account the special landform types in Guizhou Province,the single factor index is added to the sensitivity evaluation,More complete evaluation of the ecological environment of karst area in guizhou.Guizhou province can be divided into two types of the red area,prohibited development zones and restricted development zones respectively.Two broad categories include 15 small classes.The total area is 62457.37km2,Accounting for 35.45% of the land area of Guizhou province.According to the distribution of red line area,Analysis of spatial pattern of ecological red line in Karst,Guizhou.The spatial pattern analysis was carried out from four aspects: district,morphogenesis,Landform and basin.Based on the spatial distribution characteristics of ecological red line,combined with the economic development of ecological red line area,In order to improve the management and control mechanism as the core,the establishment of compensation mechanism for the protection,the establishment of dynamic monitoring platform as the focus,put forward specific measures to control space.To ensure the effective implementation of ecological red line,so as to ensure the sustainable development of social economy and ecological environment in Guizhou province.
