Viscoelastic surfactant self-diverting acid system in the acidification process can be automatic steering,the strata as much as possible to achieve uniform acidification.Viscoelastic surfactant is an important component of rotation to acid.Therefore,in the indoor through reaction synthesis of ammonium condensation reaction and season got a viscoelastic surfactant,and optimum conditions for synthesis through orthogonal experiment.The preparation of the viscoelastic surfactant rotation model to acid by using the surface active agent,and the other a betaine surfactant autobiography to acid performance.The indoor experiment results show that the quaternary ammonium salt cationic,self-diverting acid system,the viscosity decreases with the increase of viscoelastic surfactant concentration increasing,and increased with the increase of pH,but decreases with the increase of temperature.Drawn to the acid system by comparing the rotation and betaine: Quaternary ammonium salt cationic self diverting acid system viscosity on the main agent concentration changes more sensitive;rises better performance of viscosity in the pH by temperature conditions limit the more obvious.Rotating disk experiments under the right conditions,measurement of acid rock reaction rate under different speeds,get the equation of dynamics response to acid and carbonate rotation.Drawing of acid rock reaction critical speed layout using experimental data,and to determine whether the reaction under the experimental conditions of H+ mass transfer control;through the calculation of the effective mass transfer coefficient H+ of different acid concentration,the relation of the effective mass transfer coefficient and the temperature is not in conformity with the Arrhenius equation.
