Shengli Oilf ield has been in the of ultra-high water cut stage,in which the ever-increasing application of tertiary recovery technology such as polymer injection and thermal recovery makes it more and more difficult for crude oil dehydration and wastewater treatment.As the two main oil production plant of Shengli Oilfield,Gudao and Gudong Oil production plant has applied polymer injection and since then the polymer concentration increases in oil well produced water,emulsified state turns out to complex and stable and it is difficult to separate oil and water,resulting in poor wastewater treatment and excess oil in wastewater.However,conventional demulsif ier and deoiling agent filter ing method lacks systematic and effective relationship with the demulsifying effect of produced water quality and demuls ifier,which m akes it aimless for pharmaceutical synthesis and screening and impossible to solve the production problem in time.To solve this problem,through unilateral and synthetic analyzing emulsifying properties,pH,salinity,degradation of HPAM and other factors the of organic matter in wastewater,it is considered that large-scale polymer injection resulting in increase of polymer concentration contributes to the oil appearance in the wastewater and high content of suspended solid.On the basis of analyzing the factors influencing stability of polymer-contained wastewater and researching on its treatment,agents which are suitable for high-polymer-contained wastewater such as SCL-1 oil-water separation agent and water purification-type demulsif ier are invented.Based on the field test results applying technology of polymer-contained wastewater matching treatment,comprehensive analysis has been carefully conducted and wastewater treatment has been improved gradually.Gusilian in Gudao and Dongerlian in Gudong spr ead the application of SCL-1 oil-water separation agent.The agent is water-soluble polyether which is capable of demulsifying and dealing with wastewater,whose advantages are low drug concentration,demulsification and effective water purification.After utilizing SCL-1 oil-water separation agent,the oil cut of output wastewater in Gusilian decreases from 600 mg / L to 200 mg / L and the oil cut of output wastewater in Dongerlian decreases from 200 mg / L to 100 mg / L.The widespread application of water purification-type demulsif ier is carried out by Guliulian,and the agent reduces the oil content in wastewater while ensure stable foundation of oil dehydration.The oil cut of output wastewater in Guliulian decreases from 10000 mg / L to below 4000 mg / L and the oil cut of output wastewater in restored water station decreases to below 50 mg / L.Guerlian,Gusilian and Guwulian utilize three-phase separator combined with water purification-type demulsif ier,solving the problems of overload fluid in joint station and unsatisfied effect of separation.Oil content in wastewater decreased from 780 mg / L to 138.5mg / L.Further improvement of the wastewater compliance rate renders it as a valuable application.Through widespread application of SCL-1 oil-water separator,water purification-type demulsifier combined with three-phase separator and other polymer-contained wastewater treatment technology,the oil cut of output wastewater reduces while producing less sludge and becoming easy to handle,thus it guarantees c lean production in the wastewater treatment process and turns out to be relatively effective.
