In many metal nanomaterials, gold nanomaterials have been widely used in industrial catalysis, sensors, biomedicine for their excellent performance in surface energy, catalytic activity, magneticity, electricity and heat, and the world's scientists have universal attention and research for it.At the same time, the bimetallic nanoparticles containing gold particles not only have the properties of two kinds of metals, but also have strong catalytic activity and selective catalytic properties, which have become one of the research directions of bimetallic nanomaterials. However, the traditional method of preparation of nanoparticles, mainly use hydrazine, organic alcohol, citric acid and other toxic or strong corrosive chemical reagents as the reductant or stabilizer, high production costs, poor stability, and having a certain biological Toxicity. Therefore, the integration of "green chemistry" and "sustainable process" principle of nanotechnology for nano-material design is very important.Previously, some green preparation techniques have been used toprepare metal nanomaterials intracellularly or externally, such as the use of microbial organisms, yeast synthetic metal nanoparticles, and the use of reducing substances(such as NADH,enzyme proteins, carbohydrate or tissue)extract to prepare metal nanoparticles. However, the above method still has some shortcomings, such as the synthesis of the cycle is too long to participate in the reaction of too many components, the product is more difficult to separate. The use of biological tissue to synthesize metal nanoparticles,a wide range of sources, simple separation,in line with the requirements of green chemistry, provides a new way of thinking for the preparation of metal nanoparticles. In this experiment, mitochondria used as biological template, nanoparticles were prepared by one-step method at room temperature. The main contents include:(1)Gold nanoparticles is synthesized by the one-pot method.Since the catalytic properties of alloy nanoparticles are related to the Au / Ag in gold and silver alloy structures,a series of gold and silver alloy nanoparticles with different molar ratios were synthesized by controlling the ratio of Au3+ and Ag + particles(Au3 +/Ag + = 1:1,2:1,3:1,).(2)The nanoparticles were qualitatively analyzed by UV absorption spectroscopy. The microstructures of the prepared nanoparticles were determined by scanning electron microscopy. The crystallinity of the prepared nanoparticles was measured by XRD,and the crystallinity of the prepared nanoparticles was determined by Fourier transform.Fouriertransform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)analysis detects the functional groups that play the role of biomolecules in the reaction process and the surface of the resulting nanoparticles. Finally, the properties of the prepared nanoparticles, such as biological safety and in vitro stability, were analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that a new, green, simple and safe synthetic method of water-soluble Au/Au-Ag nanoparticles was found by using mitochondria in animal cells as a template. The Au/Au-Ag nanoparticles prepared by this method have uniform structure, good crystallinity and active groups such as hydroxyl groups and carbonyl groups. At the same time, the physical and chemical properties of Au/Au-Ag nanoparticles with different molar ratios are different, and the Au/Au-Ag nanoparticles with equimolar ratio are the most regular and the best. The cytotoxicity test showed that Au/Au-Ag nanoparticles had good biocompatibility.Experiments in vitro also showed that Au/Au-Ag nanoparticles had good stability.
