Nowadays sewage collection rate of major cities across the country has been generally improved.At the same time,under the guidance of relevant national regulations and industry standards,the rain sewage diversion has been applied to water drainage of new urban areas in most cities of our country,conditional old cities have been putting the rain sewage diversion into practice as well.However,the situation of urban water environment is still severe.Simple point source pollution control can not guarantee the fundamental improvement of water environment quality.As the researchs indicate,the concentration of each pollutant in the intial rainwater runoff is much more than the counterpart in surface water V class standards.Therefore,how to alleviate the harm of surface sourse pollution and take full use of rainwater resourse has become one of the main problem to be solved during sponge city construction at present.Hence,this article aims to study and select a kind of folding microporous membrane materials and parameters which can be used in the new rain interception wells.Then a set of the new rain interception wells products with different processing abilities can be formed accroding to this.This paper at first conducted sample analysis of intial rainwater runoff in the study area.By monitoring four different rainfall runoff,the EMC range of the main pollution index SS?COD?TN?TP and two kinds of typical heavy mentals Cu?Zn of initial rainwater runoff in the study area were 92.9~296.4mg/L ?78.3~190.7mg/L ?1.29~5.26mg/L ? 0.32~0.89mg/L ? 0.028~0.052mg/L ? 0.044~0.079mg/L respectively.During the estimation of initial rainwater water quantity and water quality load in the study area,rainfall scenarios converted single periodic rainstorm formula into the Chicago rain type curve with rain peak coefficient of 0.2correspondingly.In the design of initial rainfall interception facility,the interception initial rainwater runoff took the first 15 minuates of rainfall as its runoff.Afterwards this paper analysed the feasibility of the new rain interception wells system microporous membrane filtration and conducted the theoretical analysis of the new rain interception wells as well as the design of each unit of the system.And its working principle was also analysed.On this basis,through the model well with five kinds ofdifferent materials and aperture of the folding organic microporous filter conducted the experimental comparison of removal effect of pollutant in initial rainwater runoff,membrane pure water flux and membrane flux after running 15 min,the microporous membrane material with better interception effect and its aperture was selected.The study showed that the certain microporous membrane has a good removal rate of the main pollutant index.The removal rates of SS?COD?TN?TP and two kinds of typical heavy mentals Cu?Zn were 83.3%?50.5%?44.9%?29.8%?25.9%?25% respectively.Then through the selection of a relatively small propotion of green space in the study area and an aided design of the new rainwater interception well system combining with the model of the drainage system,T=3a was taken as an example to make the new rainwater interception well system to pre-evaluate the load reduction effect of each pollutant.Finally according to the different processing capacity,a set of the new rainwater interception well products process chart was completed.This article also analysed economy and applicability of the new rainwater interception well system device and obtained the economic cost of different models and specifications of prod-ucts.The new rainwater interception well system device can be applied to the construction of sponge city in new urban area,but it was not suitable for sponge city transformation region,commercial and residential development areas,highways,airports,ports,and rainwater collection and utilization projects.The application prospect is broad.
