The Development And Experiment Research Of Alkali Lignin Plugging Agent In Shan Jiasi Oil Field

Thick oil and extra-thick oil are the main reservoir type in Binnan oil plant,due to the effect of its mobility ratio,the phenomenon of steam channeling may bring seriously effect of steam injection in the thick oil reservoir.And oil well may bring out water during the development process,the level of governance difficulty may be higher than the thin oil.Now more and more water come out in the thick oil reservoir in the oil plant,the water occupy more than 90% position in some single well in particular..The main method in steam channeling prevention or plugging is to put in nitrogen and foam during the process of turnover in the thick oil reservoir,these method may improve steam injection profile around the well,but stability and period of validity of the well behave badly and the method does little to the sealing channeling and plugging for the formation water,so the new sealing channeling and plugging system with resistance to high temperature to satisfy actual needs and technological reserves should be developed.This article starts with the steam channeling research and its influence factors in the steam injection well in the thick oil reservoir in Shanjiasi oil field,conduct sensitivity analysis for the parameter,realize selection of the best parameter during the whole development process and make sure the time for plugging in the big steam channeling hole.Regarding the gel time and gel strength as the evaluation indexes,analysis different factors,such as concentration,temperature,degree of mineralization and pH,all of these have influences on the system,plugging agent with high temperature resistance should be developed at the same time.With this experiment,it is obviously to see that high temperature alkali lignin compound plugging agent can work properly under the high temperature(350?)and salinity(50000mg/L)conditions,the gel time can also be controlled.A new type of alkali lignin can be chose to meet the selective system with these follow factors: high temperature resistance,good plugging performance,low viscosity of injection,and may also improve the steam injection,steam channeling management,profile control and water plugging.
