Ethylene is known as fruit ripening hormone, at very low concentrations it can promote the physiological response of plants and fruit ripening process. Fresh storage plays an extremely important role. Therefore, the study of the preparation of fruit packaging with ethylene absorbent and fresh fruit storage packaging technology has important academic significance and engineering application value.First of all, this paper takes artificial zeolite as carrier, and nano-copper-artificial zeolite type ethylene absorbent with ethylene absorbed from the fruit was prepared by adsorbing nanometer copper on the inner surface of the carrier mesoporous, In order to achieve extended fruit storage shelf life, non-toxic environmental protection, low production costs. Among them,nano-copper- artificial zeolite type ethylene absorbent preparation using impregnation reduction method, That is, with sodium borohydride will copper chloride and activated zeolite impregnated liquid in the divalent copper ions reduced to zero price of nano copper. The copper nanoparticles produced by this method have a diameter of less than 100 nm. From the microscopic characterization of SEM, XRD and TEM, it is found that copper ions are ideally adsorbed on the mesoporous surface of the artificial zeolite carrier.Secondly, the prepared nano-copper- artificial zeolite type ethylene absorbent was applied to the apple storage and freshness experiment with LDPE bag, in order to investigate the optimum mass ratio of copper and artificial zeolite for 200g Apple when using 0.01g of this ethylene absorbent. The detection and analysis of five sensory indexes of apple hardness,soluble solids, titratable acid content, Vc content, and rotting fruit rate showed that when the copper content was 2% and the artificial zeolite was 98%, the freshness is best.Finally, the nanometer copper -artificial zcolite type ethylene absorbent was applied to the banana freshness and storage experiment with LDPE bag, in order to explore the amount and the best effect of the ethylene absorbent when 240g bananas is processed with the amount of 2%copper and 98% artificial zcolite. By comparing the content of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the packaging bag, Vc content, titratable acid content, rotting fruit rate and color change of bananas, the results showed that when the content of nanometer copper-artificial zeolite type ethylene absorbent was 0.006g, the effect of absorbing ethylene would be best.
