The efficient use of renewable resources,such as cellulose,is significant to the sustainable development of our society.The carbon-based solid acid is one of the important catalysts used for catalytic hydrolysis of cellulose.Currently,most bio-generated carbon-based solid acid are suffering from the poor mass transfer and relatively low catalytic efficiency during hydrolysis reaction.In this paper,bamboo powder was used as carbon source for synthesis of solid acid catalyst.Experiments were conducted on discussing the influence of preparation conditions on sulfonic acid amount and microstructure of the catalyst,to achieve a better performance on cellulose hydrolysis by modifying the surface structure and chemical properties of the catalyst.The research work can be divided into three parts:?1?Bamboo carbon-based solid acid was prepared by controlling the carbonization and sulfonation conditions,then it was used in catalytic hydrolysis of cellulose.The specific experimental process is that 10 g bamboo powder was carbonized under 600? for 3h and sulfonated under 150? for 6 h.The solid acid gave a sulfonic acid amount of 0.79 mmol·g-1,the highest yield of glucose is31.24% in the hydrolysis of cellulose.Then bamboo carbon and bamboo carbon-based solid acid catalyst was characterized by a series of instrumental analysis.It is found that bamboo carbon has the strongest reducibility at 600? and is easier for sulfonation at that time.The bamboo carbon-based solid acid catalyst has the macroporous structure,the sulfonic acid groups were loaded on the amorphous polycyclic aromatic carbon sheets.?2?Bamboo carbon-based solid acid was prepared via sulfuric acid impregnation,carbonization and sulfonation.Followed systematically research wasconducted focused on impregnation conditions,carbonization conditions and sulfonation conditions,which strongly affect the structure and catalytic properties of bamboo carbon-based solid acid.The best preparation conditions is 1M sulfuric acid impregnation proportion of 1g: 4g,carbonizing at 600? for 1 h,sulfonating at 150?for 6 h.The solid acid gave a sulfonic acid amount of 1.12 mmol·g-1,the highest yield of glucose is 40.6% in the hydrolysis of cellulose.Then the bamboo carbon-based solid acid was characterized by XRD,BET,FT-IR and SEM.Found that carbonization temperature not only affects the microstructure of carbon-based solid catalyst,but also influence the number of active hydrogen on the aromatic carbon,which may affect the number of the sulfonic acid amount.?3?The properties and structure changes of before and after the modified bamboo carbon was characterized by the TG,FT-IR,Elemental Analysis and BET.Modified bamboo powder was prone to polysaccharide decomposition in the carbonization process.Reactions such as the pyran ring opening,ether bond and long chain alkane cracking with each other were happened under low temperature.Meanwhile a large amount of unsaturated structure such as C = C,C = O and volatile alkenes were observed,which further generated association degree of different carbon aromatic ring.
