Corn ethanol fermentation industry production heat exchange is huge,the material must first after high temperature sterilization,cooling and then carries on the constant temperature fermentation,the high temperature distillation extract ethanol fermented product,discharge of waste water in the fermentation process generally through evaporation and condensation further recovery of solids,increasing a by-product of feed production.Cooling high temperature material can use flash cooling,low temperature cooling material relies mainly on the implementation of circulating water,industrial production in use more indirect cooling way,namely high temperature material by heat exchanger to heat conduction on the circulating water after absorbing heat into the cooling tower of circulating water cooling,circulating water through the heat exchanger to absorb heat again after temperature lowering,the cycle will be reduced to process requirement within the scope of high temperature material temperature.In the process of corn fermentation materials according to the form and content can be divided into large granular material,high sugar material,containing alcohol material,different material into circulating water,will affect the circulating water system indices such as pH,turbidity,ion concentration.This article,through the method of comparison,the analysis of the material to the circulating water system influence,before the test select the circulating water system and stable operation parameters as a benchmark,normal working condition of circulating water pH 7.8?8.1,1.5?3.5 NTU turbidity and total iron is less than 0.15.Large granular material,high sugar material pH near,sugar material CODcr concentrations about 2 times of large particle materials,materials containing alcohol CODcr above 200000 mg/L,these materials into circulating water,calcium circulating water system declines,turbidity and total iron rise,large granular material can lead to system turbidity increased to 5?8 ntu,total iron increases to 0.1?0.3 mg/L;High sugar material turbidity can be increased to 7?9 ntu,total iron increases to 0.25?0.4 mg/L;Few alcoholic material can make the system increased turbidity to 8?10 ntu,total iron increases to 0.3?0.45 mg/L.Large particle material,high sugar,high CODcr concentration alcohol materials,increase nutrient material into the circulating water system on the one hand,promote the bacterium and algae breeding,on the other hand increase fiber,ash content,such as turbidity increased led directly to the system.Different materials into circulating water,higher turbidity and total iron in the system increases,the corrosion rate increases,the service life of the equipment.Production must pay close attention to in the operation of the system running parameters,especially the system of turbidity is controlled at a lower level.
