Due to the shortage of fresh water resources and the aggravation of water environment pollution,as well as the improvement of sewage discharge standards,the sewage treatment and reuse attracts more and more extensive attention of the enterprise and the society.The reuse of industrial wastewater after advanced treatment is an important way that reduce sewage discharge and control water pollution.This paper takes hydrogen peroxide wastewater of regulation pond which come from Shandong Xinlong group as the research object,and treated the wastewater by Fenton oxidation method,the factors that affected the removal of COD and TOC were analyzed,and got the optimal parameters of Fenton reaction through the experiment,on the basis of former experiment,analyzed the factors that affected the cooperative processing results of the removal of organic pollutants in wastewater with Fenton-activated carbon reaction process.and the research results shows that:Use Fenton oxidation method treated the wastewater,and take the COD and TOC removal rate as reference index,the results showed that the dosage of hydrogen peroxide was 6 ml L-1,dosing method was dropwise,the dosage of FeSO4·7H2O was 1500mg·L-1,reaction temperature was 30?;the initial pH value was 4,the reaction time was 1.5h,and on this condition the COD and TOC removal rate can reached 77.14%and 72.38%.Construct the Fenton-active carbon synergistic reaction system by adding activated carbon,The optimum process parameters of Fenton-activated carbon system was obtained through experiment:the H2O2 dosage was 6 ml·L-1,the method was dropwise;FeS04·7H2O dosage was 1500 mg-L-1;activated carbon dosage was 8 g·L-1,and added before reaction 30mins;the temperature was 30?;The initial pH value was 4;the reaction time was 1.5h.The removal rates of COD and TOC were 97.7%and 96.7%respectively in the optimum conditions.Using oxidation residue instead of hydrogen peroxide products for wastewater treatment,the results showed that after treated the wastewater reach the reuse water quality standards,meet the requirements of industry,so it can be used to replace the hydrogen peroxide,which reduces the cost of wastewater treatment,not only realized the reuse of wastewater,but also saved water resources,it can produce good economic benefits,environmental benefits and social benefits.
