Five-membered Nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring is an important structural unit of the organic compounds, has a wide usage in the field of medicine, food, pesticides, chemicals as important intermediates for fine chemical products. This paper summarized the synthesis ang application of pyrrole and thiazole, and studied the synthesis of 2-thiazole thione and the condensed heterocyclic pyrroles. The paper contains the following three parts, mainly on the synthesis of 2-amino naphthoquinone,2-thiazole thione and aza-bodipy compounds:1.The paper researched the reaction of 1,4-naphthoquinone and amine mediated by iodine, which the fatty primary amines with 1,4-naphthoquinone in iodine, get the corresponding 2-iodo-3-amino-1,4-naphthoquinone and 2-amino-1,4-naphthaoquinone,but N-alkyl amino acid ester only get the oxidative-addition product 2-amino naphthoquinone derivatives. The thesis optimizated the solvent, temperature and the ratio of raw materials, and 27 2-amino naphthoquinone derivatives were synthesized under the optimum condition, the structures of them were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR.2.The thesis studied a new synthesis way of 2-thiazole thione compounds,1,4-naphthoquinone,amine hydrochloride and carbon disulfide as a raw material, the reaction solvent, temperature, ratio and alkali on the reaction, optimized the reaction conditions, and synthesised of 15 2-thiophene thione derivatives which have not been reported, and the structures were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR.3.Designed the synthetic route of the aza-bodipy,synthesized a aza-bodipy compound has not been reported.,which has high quantum yield and long stokes shift,is a good fluorescent dye.
