This paper focused mainly on the reaction and transformation of fluorine-containing methyl substituted 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds. It included the following two aspects:the Multi-Component Reaction(MCR)of fluorine-containing methyl substituted 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds, acetone, dialkylamines and the Pd-catalyzed coupling reaction of the trifluoromethyl substituted isoxazols with olefins via C-H activation. In the first part, the Multi-Component Reaction of fluorine-containing methyl substituted 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds, acetone and dialkylamines had been studied.A series of fluorine-containing methyl substituted 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds were synthesized with yields of 52-85%.And then a series of fluorine-containing methyl substituted cyclohexenones were synthesized with yields of 66-95%in conditions of diethanolamine(100%mol).In addition,a series of m-fluorinated methyl substituted anilines were synthesized with yields of 12-93%in conditions of amine(3 equiv.)and acetone as solvent. The possible mechanism of this MCR had also been studied. In the second part, the Pd-catalyzed coupling reaction of the trifluoromethyl substituted isoxazols with olefins via C-H activation had been studied. We achieved satisfactory results in conditions of Pd(OAc)2(10%mol)as catalyst,AgOAc(2 mol)as oxidant, and DMA as solvent.
