Reaserch On Urban Construction Ecological Value Of Harmony Between Human And Water

The government of Jingzhou city had put forward a series of measures to create “Human-Water Harmonious City” since made the plan in 2007.In 2009,the government began to construct the national garden city and then carried out the plan of“Five Standards Simultaneously “seven years later,that is “Civilized City,Hygienic City,Environmental Protection Model City,Forest City and Ecological Garden City”.As the Yangtze River is located in the economic zone,"Dragon waist" position,in 2011,Jingzhou also launched the "strong waist project" strategic plan.At the same time,our Party began to implement the construction of socialist ecological civilization and the construction of beautiful China's development strategy.In the "thirteen five" development goals,President Xi put forward the five development ideas of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing,and raised the idea of "clear water and green mountains can bring us prosperity and wealth ".In 2014,the government of Hubei Province pointed out “Three-Dimension Outline”,green decides life and death,market decides choice,and people's livelihood decides purpose.All of these goals and plans about ecology and environment are not only challenges but also opportunities for Jingzhou.Gazing at the relationship between Jingzhou,water and urban development again to committed to building a harmonious city in these opportunities and challenges.In view of the current water resources carrying capacity and all aspects of the water pollution problems.We must base on the actual situation of Jingzhou water resources and environment what we can use and protect.Then promote the development of politics,ecnomic,culture and society with the water resources harmoniously and circulary.The basic logic of this paper is to analyze the ecological value of water and water environment in Jingzhou from the aspects of the requirements and the construction of human and water harmonious city in Jingzhou.Then,from the aspects of ecological value,the author puts forward the way to construct the harmonious city of Jingzhou.The main contents are as follows:The first part starts from the present situation of water resources of the national water resources situation and Jingzhou City,which summarized the "ecological value" concept of thinking and generalization,then analysed the research status at home and abroad,also theoretical significance andecological and theoretical background in order to clarify the the purpose,significance and methods.The second part is about the historical,cultural and practical planning of the construction of the harmonious city of Jingzhou as an example,the author expounds the ecological value of the construction of the harmonious city of human and water from the angles of philosophy,politics,economy and culture.The third part is starting from the introduction,the main opportunities facing the construction of harmonious city of Jingzhou water and realistic problem analysis,discussing the requirements of ecological value political in diffent angles of politics,economic and culture.The fourth part is based on the analyse of the ecological value connotation for the construction of a harmonious city water,which starting from the practice of building a harmonious city of Jingzhou city water,summarizes the ecological value of human water Harmony city to achieve an effective way.
