This article selects beijing-tianjin-hebei region from 2009 to 2014 in 13 cities of PM10 concentration as the research object,on the basis of STIRPAT environmental effect analysis model, using the method of exploratory spatial data analysis(ESDA)of smog pollution of beijing-tianjin-hebei region spatial correlation and heterogeneity is analyzed,by calculating the global Moran 's I index to measure PM10 with strong correlation in the space, and the use of Moran scatter plot and LISA agglomeration plan fully display PM10 in local space heterogeneity in addition to the spatial correlation is particulate matter in further research to the beijing-tianjin-hebei urban distribution characteristics between panel econometric model and combined with space, select the level of economic growth and population aggregation degree, industrial upgrading, industrial structure and energy consumption intensity and pollution emission intensity index for the cause of the haze pollution such as spatial econometric analysis, with the aid of the spatial lag model to explore the influence factor of beijing-tianjin-hebei PM10 differences. Results showed that the haze pollution exists spatial spillover effects of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region, has strong correlation,in the population agglomeration, industrial upgrading, pollution emissions and other factors will have a significant impact. Finally puts forward some policy Suggestions on the basis of the conclusion, the fog haze pollution should be defense from spreading, balanced policy, promote clean energy efficient utilization of provide a reference for beijing-tianjin-hebei region governance haze.
