With the development of industrial technology,a prominent problem is environmental pollution.Water environment is very frequent to contact with human,in order to protect it from pollution and avoid adverse consequences,we should use advanced technology and methods to monitor the water environment.Departments of environmental protection can not only measure the degree of environment disruption,make decisions and administrate by monitoring data,but also protect the environment by legal action of the human condition means of enforcement,the real sector plays an important role in environmental monitoring and protection.Considering the specific requirements of water environment monitoring,the needs for a real-time monitoring network system of the pollution equipment and facilities operating conditions come up with departments of environmental protection,the major content of this thesis is as follows:(1)On the basis of generality,flexibility and low cost,the system architecture and the function of each part are designed for the remote monitoring system with ph value of water environment;(2)With lower power depletion and higher function of pic18f452 microcomputer and sensor of ph value,the device was developed for field data of collection,storage,transmission and display;because of saving the cost,the system easy implement the large-scale use for the section of environmental conservation;(3)By using delphi 7 as the software development tool,javascript script to call baidu map to achieve function of geographic information system and powerful operation of in the database for sql server 2008 database system,design the software with management for the center of water condition monitoring;the software can collect the field data of equipment for consideration and decision making to the section of environmental conservation by wire or wireless mode;(4)The software with the computer management for the center of water condition monitoring can communicate with terminal equipment of field data acquisition,it can not only get the collected data,but also can transmit instructions to terminal equipment of the ph data acquisition for control and management.In this thesis,the ph value of water environment remote automatic monitoring system has been initially implemented,and applied for some range of Taiyuan City department of environmental protection.The acquisition terminal equipment is stable performance,accurate data recording,fault tolerance and low failure rate through the actual operation in the field;the software of monitoring center has powerful function,good interactivity and operability,the system better achieved the goal in the early planning,but also lays the foundation for further improvement and upgrading.
