With the development of our country,more and more oil and gas resources in our daily life are needed.However,with the high permeability reservoirs decreasing,we need to shift to the low permeability reservoirs.The low-permeability oilfield development is the important potential and the basis of sustainable development of our country and even the world of oil industry.The most important study of the low permeability is Start-up pressure gradient.This paper mainly studies the effect of start-up pressure gradient in oil field production and the model of well test considering the start-up pressure gradient.I concluded several practical calculating method of start-up pressure gradient.Meanwhile,I wrote the programs by Visual Basic.Then I studied the impact on production in water flooding development.Such as:injection-production well spacing,the average formation pressure and water injection response time.This paper also studied the seepage of double medium,triple medium and quadruple medium low permeability reservoirs.I established the well test model of low permeability reservoirs,and solved it.I wrote the programs by Visual Basic.I obtained the corresponding well test curve by Stehfest numerical inversion.and analyses the influence of all parameter for the curve.Explain one instance well by the double medium low permeability reservoirs well test model.The explanation result is satisfactory.
