As the degree of oilfield development,the nitrogen spread and extension of nitrogen foam gas production technology need to be further in-depth study of this type reservoir development to meet current world problems.43 block based on the cold geological characteristics as a research premise,the microscopic(visual)model on microscopic oil displacement experiments,using image analysis method to study the microscopic oil displacement mechanism of nitrogen foam,carried out the injection velocity,gas liquid ratio and wettability on the micro displacement effect research.At the same time to carry out the screening of high temperature foaming agent and the 3 d model of core physical simulation experiments.Results show that the main mechanism of the foam flooding into expanding microscopic swept volume,increase the macroscopic sweep oil area and improve the displacement efficiency of three parts,high injection rate and a range of high gas liquid ratio is beneficial to improve the oil displacement efficiency of foam flooding,nitrogen and wettability of foam formation and stability of the effect is very small,little effect on the nitrogen foam flooding is the final result.In the high temperature screening of foaming agent and the 3 d model of core physical simulation experiments,screening and developing the EOR-CL/LH-X? heavy alkyl benzene sulfonate high foaming agent,and in the process of oil displacement,the reasonable concentration of foaming agent was 0.5% ~ 0.6%,the best under the condition of gas liquid ratio 1:1 can produce stable tiny bubbles,maximize the displacement fluid to follow-up,have obvious profile control effect,in the production and the stability of foam under high pressure to relatively ordinary conditions of difficulties,but still has the capability of profile control.In the process of hot water and nitrogen foam flooding is higher than pure nitrogen foam flooding enhance oil recovery rate.Through indoor physical simulation experiment results and the prophase research,in this paper,the production technology to carry on the design of nitrogen foam,that heat insulation with nitrogen gas,nitrogen gas cleanup process is for steam injection development of heavy oil reservoir;Nitrogen foam profile control technology can be applied in thin oil reservoir can also be used in heavy oil reservoir of water injection development occurs when water flood channeling stage;Nitrogen foam stimulation technology can alleviate the diminishing of thin oil reservoir oil production;Nitrogen gas drainage induced spray is a new effective technical measures to increase production of old Wells.At the same time,in view of the present situation of 43 blocks appear cold geology analysis,numerical simulation,from the analysis on geological conditions of the whole block of remaining oil,according to the situation,selected a well as the injection well,process analysis and research,from the injection pattern of foaming agent,foaming time,slug size and injection rate Angle to study and establish the optimal process variables.Field tests showed that the nitrogen foam is indeed an effective gas recovery technique,through nitrogen foam injection forming slug,to block passage,which benefits the mining of remaining oil.This kind of method of the late development,formation energy decreased significantly,and high water cut stage,the underground have translating this kind of circumstance can give extremely effective solution.
