Microbial compound flooding is a new technology for the oil displacement,which is based on the microbial flooding.Microbial flooding is divided into two parts: the first part of the ground and the ground,which in the screened Biosurfactant Producing Bacteria and suitable biopolymer producing bacteria and fermentation,obtain composite bacteria liquid,and then the composite bacteria liquid injected underground reservoir together flooding,through expanding the sweep the volume and the production efficiency and enhance oil recovery.Microbial compound flooding has the characteristics of microbial oil displacement,and increases the advantages of two yuan compound flooding.We isolated 6 strains from the block produced water,and of the six strains were the reservoir compatibility evaluation and optimization of fermentation conditions,and then select a Biosurfactant Producing Strain SC4 and polymer producing strain SC6,respectively SC4 and SC6 strain were identified,the metabolism and growth conditions the research and optimization of the culture medium and fermentation conditions.The results showed that the 2 strains were able to adapt to the geological environment of the low permeability oil field.Through the laboratory physical simulation experiment of composite system of concentration,dosage,injection time and other parameters on the oil displacement effect,the experimental results show that for low permeability reservoir after water flooding composite microbial EOR effect,finally through the numerical simulation research and evaluation of field test scheme and effect.
