Shenyang Oil Production Plant in Liaohe Oilfield is rich in high pour-point oil reserves,which is mainly distributed in the reservoir of the Damintun Sag in the Liaohe graben basin.It is China's largest production base of high pour-point oil,and proven oil-bearing area of 103.4km2.The geological reserves of high pour-point oil is 2.14 × 108 t.Accounting for about two-thirds of all proven oil geological reserves in the Great Mintun depression.The maximum freezing point of crude oil is 67?,and the wax content is 40% above.That is rare in the world ? The wax content and freezing point of high pour-point oil is high.With decreasing temperature,the viscosity increases sharply and the mobility is poor.Some of the lower temperature zones in the near-well area of the formation,the wax of crude oil is seriously,and the wax plug is obviously.That makes it difficult to extract crude oil,with low recovery.In recent years,with the continuous development of petroleum exploration and development,the exploitation of the remaining oil of high pour point oil has attracted more and more attention,which is occupied a very important position.How to improve the recovery efficiency of high pour-point oil is a major problem.If traditional thermal recovery or chemical reagent treatment is used to reduce viscosity,its mining costs will be high.Simultaneously it has the characteristic of high energy consumption,environmental pollution,unsustainable.Microbial oil recovery is a rapid development at home and abroad to improve the oil recovery rate of tertiary oil recovery technology.It can not only produce flow of crude oil underground,but also can produce uncrude oil,and make exhausted wells to extend the production life?The application of microbial oil recovery in high pour point oil production can reduce the production cost and improve the production efficiency.The study is based on the Jing 35 block of Shenyang oil production plant of Liaohe oilfield and the Caotai block of Shenyang oil production plant of Liaohe oil field.Exploring the potential of microbial oil recovery in high condensate reservoirs,to invent a low cost,high efficiency and environmental protection high pour-point oil extraction method and a matched biological agent,and improve the recovery rate of high pour-point crude oil.
