The Present time,Daqing oil-field have already entered water flooding technique later period,the difficulty of exploration is high,water cut rate is increasing and production yield for water flooding continuously deseends.So taking some flooding techniques to stabilize production and control water contain,improving recovery percentage and increase recoverable reserves is necessary problem.With the gradual imperfectness of polymer flooding technique,numerical simulation technique and relevent software,and the gradual mature of various allied technique as well as the scale of polymer flooding becoming bigger and bigger year by year,polymer flooding has been an important technology support for the continuous high production in Daqing oil field and improving the development level during the late high water cut period.In addition,the development of numerical simulation technique makes reservoir description more precise possible.Study on the numerical simulation of polymer flooding during the high water cut period is very important for improving the final recovery of polymer flooding further.In this paper,geological model of Xing-5 is built using Schlumberger's Petrel software combing with the pre-processing module of Eclipse software.Based on detailed calculation of numerical simulation,the distribution of various types of oillayers,and the combination relationships between different sandbodies with different origins are revealed.Heterogeneous features of reservoir are characterized in detail,including different geometries of sand bodies,internal building structure,sand laminae,sand thickness,porosity,permeability and saturation of reservoir.The description precision of various types of reservoirs has been greatly improved,which makes the cross-well predictions more accurate and reliable,and increases the degree of history fitting.STARS model of CMG software is used to numerically simulate the polymer flooding and three compound combination flooding.Then the optimal scheme is determined based on the simulation results.
