Moroxydine Hydrochloride, which is also called virus spirit, is a kind of widely used anti-virus agent with low toxicity. Its main function is preventing virus from breeding and increasing, which effectively suppresses the virus effect. So, it also can be applied as anti-virus agent in agriculture to prevent Rice black streaked dwarf disease. To studied the digestion behavior of Moroxydine Hydrochloride residual in paddy environment by field tests and lab measurements, that mainly included its dynamic resolution in paddy soild, water, rice plants, and its residual amount in rice straw, paddy soild, rice, rice husk. To studied the hydrolysis of Moroxydine Hydrochloride under various conditions. The main contents of this paper are as follows:?l?The effective, convenient, fast and precise HCLP measurement method to determine Moroxydine Hydrochloride in paddy water, paddy soild, plants or rice straw, rice, rice husk was established,The concentration of standard Moroxydine Hydrochloride solution shows very good linear relationship with the peak area ?y, mAU?, when the concentration ?x, mg/L? drops in 0.10?10.08 mg/L. The fitting equation for standard sample was:y=160.83X+2.5164, correlation index r=0.9992.The average recovery of Moroxydine Hydrochloride in different kinds of sample was 84.7%?103.1%, RSD was 0.86%?9.4%. The detection limit was 1.0×10-9 g, and the minimum detect concentration in rice, rice husk, plants were 0.025 mg/kg, and 0.0375 mg/L in soil, and 0.010mg/kg in water respectively.?2?The date that degradation behavior of 5% Moroxydine Hydrochloride in paddy water, soild, rice plants could be fitted by the chemical kinetic equation for chemical reaction:Ct=C0e-kt.,to calculated that the half-life of Moroxydine Hydrochloride in paddy water, soild, rice plants was 2.18d-14.52d,8.07d-20.81d and 2.73 d-10.91d,and the average half-life in each one was 6.92 d,13.99d and 7.65d respectively.?3?The MRL in brown Rice was recommended to be 3 mg/kg by the results of pesticide residue tests. To diluted the 5% Moroxydine Hydrochloride to be 675L/hm2 by water which based on the recommended dose of 222.5 g/hm2 ?effective ingredients:196.6 g/hm2?The highest content of Moroxydine Hydrochloride in the brown rice which was spraying 3 times, Interval 7 days, and harvested more than 10 days after the last spraying was 0.972 mg/kg It's lower than the recommend MRL?reference value was 3 mg/kg?.So,the brown rice was safe to be ate which harvested more than 10 days after the last spraying.?4? PH, temperature, initial concentration, Humic acid, Urea, CaHPO4, Cu2+ all affect the hydrolysis of Moroxydine Hydrochloride.Moroxydine Hydrochloride is more likely to hydrolysis in alkaline condition with elevated temperature and low initial concentration. The impact of Humic acid on the hydrolysis of Moroxydine Hydrochloride follows upside-down "U" rule. Urea, CaHPO4, Cu2+ promote the hydrolysis of Moroxydine Hydrochloride by different extent.
