Density of 4.0 or more metallic element is called heavy metals. The accumulation of heavy metals in the soil which reaches a predetermined concentration of time will cause soil to produce heavy metal pollution, vegetables and crops were in heavy metal content, when their normal growth and development will have a greater impact, and also heavy metals through the food chain and into the human body, the impact on human health. The paper selected three regional CZT region, to study its soil and heavy metal contamination of crops, their specific research work as follows:First, the selected crops and soil five regions contained Cd,Pb, and the investigation and analysis of various vegetables edible part of Cd content. Concluded that the average content of the investigation areas of this crop soil of heavy metals in the soil background values exceeding in Hunan Province and the country, which indicates that the soil in these areas has been heavy metal pollution. This experiment shows the content of soil test data less than Xiangjiang river, industrial area in Muyun town, and slag wasteland. This situation is related to the Xiangjiang river and Muyun town suffering the industrial "three wastes" emissions pollution, soil dust, and traffic pollution.Second, the paper on the effectiveness of heavy metal contamination was measured, the measurement results show that the highest validity coefficient Cd, and Cd activity is relatively strong, the plant is relatively easy to be absorbed; Through determination, all kinds of vegetable edible part of the content of Cd with the full amount of soil Cd the amount of the exchange, the relationship between the amount of iron and manganese states are positively correlated, and its high degree of correlation, wherein the content of soil exchangeable Cd correlation coefficient is the highest, while the lower combined with organic Cd content of relevance;Third, summarizes the current soil heavy metal pollution problems to be solved and gives heavy metal pollution control countermeasures. Obtained that we should make a long-term planning, attach great importance to the irrigation water management and repair the pollution of cultivated land. Only to deal with these three aspects, we can solve the soil heavy metal pollution.
