The mixture of 2-methylglutaronitrile and hexanedinitrile is by-product of hexanedi-nitrile producing by catalytic amination of adipic acid,It's significant to change them to corresponding amines in industry.In this paper,we studied catalyst,process condition and dynamics of 2-methylglutaro-nitrile and hexanedinitrile catalytic hydrogenation.we selected catalyst, studied the effect of activation condition and modification on Raney Ni,optimized process conditions,we also studied dynamics of catalytic hydrogenation process.The paper is divided into three parts.The first part,the study of catalyst,We selected metal catalyst,including Pd Ni and Co, studied the effect of activation condition on Raney Ni,including leaching temperature concentration time and feeding mode,we also studied the effect of modification on Raney Ni,including Mo, Fe and Cr.It showed that Fe-Cr-Raney Ni was a better catalyst,the suitable activation condition of Raney Ni was 80?,25% NaOH solution,90min, adding alloy powder to NaOH solution, Mo-Raney Ni had better catalytic property,and the conversion of mixture was 98.92%,the selectivity of primary amines was 48.47%.The second part,the optimization of process conditions of mixture of 2-methylglutaro-nitrile and adiponitrile,we studied the effect of catalyst amount, temeperature, hydrogenation pression,solution,inhibitor.The result was that when we used Fe-Cr-RaneyNi I 15%,100?, 3.0MPa,ammonia was 7.5%,the ratio of anhydrous ethanol to the mixure was 3,800rpm,and the reaction result was the coversion of the mixure was 98.54%,the selectivity of primary amines was 62.81%.The third part,we studied dynamics of the catalytic hydrogenation reaction of the mixure of 2-methylglutaronitrile and adiponitrile using Mo-Raney Ni.we discussed reaction network,reduced dynamic equation.
