In recent years,China's sustained and rapid economic development,with the urban population growth,rapid increase in vehicle ownership,large concentrations of energy consumption,backwardness of transport and pollutant removal technology,results the air pollution deterioration of cities and cities connected into regional,which shows the reduced visibility of atmosphere,the frequent occurrence of haze Lock City.It has a direct impact on the ecological environment,economic development and health.So to solve the contradiction between economic development and environmental change in the atmosphere is imperatively.To solve the air pollution problem,you must to study it,and atmospheric boundary layer height is an important way.In this paper,national radiosonde data of January 1,2011-December 31,2013,are used to calculate the atmospheric boundary layer height of 119 sounding sites by the temperature profile method,and a national study of spatial and temporal distribution of atmospheric boundary layer height feature firstly.Then,uses the national ground observation data,takes the method of statistical analysis to study the temporal and spatial distribution of pollution weather,and analyzes the correlation between the atmospheric boundary layer height and pollutted weather.Thirdly,select four typical severely polluted region(NCP,YRD,PRD and SCB)to specific analysis,and research how the polluted weather impact on atmospheric boundary layer.An information system of how pollutted weather impact on atmospheric boundary layer is developed based on GIS.The system sets a model solution,thematic maps and spatial analysis functions,achieves the dynamic management and analysis of pollutted weather influence on the atmospheric boundary layer.By potential temperature profile method calculation,PBLH has a certain degree of stability of a complete meteorological cycle,a small difference in national interannual.The conventional method for determining pollutted weather statistics shows Xingtai has the maximum total number of pollutted days,which makes it the first truly pollutted city.The most polluted cities are mainly concentrated in two economically developed areas of YRD and NCP,mostly the lightest pollution happens in summer,then autumn,and winter is heaviest.Generalized method for determining polluted weather statistical results,the atmospheric boundary layer height value in clean weather is significantly higher than pollutted weather,boundary layer height and visibility have a goodpositive correlation.Further development in the typical region by the generalized criteria model of polluted weather,shows that in North China Plain,Sichuan Basin,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River the visibility of pollutted weather was lower than 7.2km,6.5km,5.8km 8.8km,the average number of days in contaminated areas respectively was 105 days,88 days,96 days and 88 days.So the maximum number days of pollution is in North China Plain,but the lowest visibility is in the Yangtze River Delta.Probability analysis between boundary layer height under clean weather and pollutted weather among four typical regions shows,cleaning weather corresponding boundary layer height value is 2.5km,pollutted weather corresponding boundary layer height has a peak at 0.5km.Relatively large probability distribution corresponding to the boundary layer height in clean weather is higher than in pollutted weather.
