The development of 4,4-difluoro-4-bora-3a,4a-diaza-s-indacene,namely as BODIPY,has been paid extensive attention by chemists in recent years.BODIPY is a compound with strong absorption in visible region.Strong emission and photo-stability in polar environment were observed.With the development of BODIPY,more and more advantages outstand of traditional dyes were found,such as insensitivity towards environment and tunable emission by structural modification.Therefore,BODIPY was a perfect candidate as fluorescent probes and bio-markers were used.In the second chapter,aldehyde was introduced to BODIPY framework and various BODIPY derivatives were developed.Firstly,1,3-indanedione was condensed with BODIPY-CHO.Its absorption and emission behavior in various solution were presented.In addition,crown ether was condensed with the methyl group of BODIPY?3-dicyanovinyl-1-indanedione?.And therefore,the emission maximum was significantly moved to red region.Highly response toward Hg2+ was observed in acetonitrile.Upon the addition of Hg2+,the fluorescence intensity was significant enhanced.The BODIPY derivatives condensed between BODIPY-CHO and 2,3-diamino-2-butenedinitrile was isolated and characterized.Highly response towards Cu2+ in acetonitrile was observed.Upon addition of Cu2+,bright green emission was found.In the third chapter,the framework of naphthalene imide was synthesizedand and an-Br substituent was replaced yield hydrazine compounds.Various naphthalene imide derivatives was synthesized and fully characterized based on the condensation toward hydrazine.Triphenylamine and coumarin were attached to naphthalimide.Absorption and emission behavior were investigated in various solution,film,and slid powder.It should be noted that their solid emission were bright.The experimental results suggest that long alkyl chain is benefit to the pacing mode and contribute mostly to the solid emission.And also the solubility was enhanced.Then the media with long chain react with the compound 4-?N,N-Diphnylamino?benzaldehyde,the target compounds also have solid fluorescence,and its fluorescence is strongest when dissolved in the organic solvent of 1,4-dioxane.The last chapter is conclusion and prospect.
