Design And Research Of The Sludge Dewatering System In Water Treatment Plant

With the development of urban construction and environmental protection, the water discharge of production wastewater in water treatment plant has attracted more and more concern. Production wastewater in water treatment plant mainly includes the sedimentation tank sludge water and filter backwash wastewater. The wastewater sludge mainly contains inorganic sediment, the content of which is much higher than the national standard. Discharged water treatment plant sludge without treatment could pollute the accepting water body, waste water resource and impact the surface water environment. Currently, water is lacking and water environment pollution has become increasingly serious. Therefore, construction of waterworks sludge treatment project can realize the zero discharge and protect water.In the paper, relying on Zhuhai Gongbei Waterworks Sludge Dewatering Processing System, combined with the rule of the plant operation management and infrastructure constraints, the nature of the sewage and sludge was summarized and suitable waterworks sludge treatment process was recommended. With reasonable calculation method of the amount of sludge and sewage, the processing type and design parameters of the sludge and sewage recycling adjusting pool and concentrated tank were suggested after analyzing and comparison. In terms of technical and comprehensive economic indicators, the performance of sludge dewatering machines was compared, the type and design parameters of which were determined. Finally, the programming plans of sludge disposal was put forward. Meanwhile, the automatic control systems of sludge treatment was designed.At last, techno-economics of the sludge dewatering treatment technology was analyzed in order to supply useful reference for wastewater and sludge treatment in water treatment plant.
