First of all,many factors,for example monomer concentration,initiating concentration,dispersant concentration and the proportion of mixed solvent,are examined for the polymer molecular weight,and optimum process parameters are obtained.The best optimization results: ethyl acetate ? ethanol=7 ? 3,monomer concentration: 0.4×102g/L,initiator concentration: 0.24g/L,disperasant concentration: 2.0g/L.Second,the Fe3O4 nanoparticles were prepared by chemical coprecipitation,the product shape is globular.But it's more limited in its magnetic characteristics,the reunion phenomena could be observed obviously.SiO2 nanoparticles and Fe3O4@SiO2 composite particles should be prepared by controlling the addition of TEOS content.The results show that the morphology of SiO2 nanoparticles and Fe3O4@SiO2 composite particles spheres are very uniform and have good monodispersity.Infrared spectrometry,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were used to characterize the shape and structure of microspheres.The results show that SiO2 was prepared on the surface of Fe3O4 particles,obvious core-shell structure could be seen in the particles.SiO2 nanoparticles and Fe3O4@SiO2 composite particles were modified by using r-methacryloxy propyl trimethoxy silane as a silane coupling agent;after dispersion polymerization,the inorganic nanocomposite particles completely coated in the interior of the polymer microspheres,such as organicinorganic composite microspheres.Then the polymer composite microspheres are analyzed,from the aspects of swelling property,rheological property and blocking.The results indicate that the polymer composite microspheres have good water absorption expansion performance,with temperature-stable ability,salt resistant and sealing performance.Finally,using experimental facility of core fluxion,water shutoff and profile control performance of polymer composite microspheres were studied.The experiments showed that two kinds of the polymer composite microspheres have high sealing ability,especially for low permeability core have a better effect,block rate of water could reach over 90%.On the other hand,Fe3O4@SiO2/P(MA-AM)polymer flooding can further improve oil recovery by about 9% based on water flooding,SiO2/P(MA-AM)polymer flooding can further improve oil recovery by about 16%.
