In this paper, through the micro flow in MEMS field, we introduce the micro flow theory to the gas flow process. Micro flow increased because of flow velocity slip through the theoretical analysis. This paper establishes the slip coupling under the current module of multi physics software COMSOL Multiphysics. All coefficients (including the pressure and the velocity, pressure, in micro channel) change with temperature and the micro pore size effects on the slip flow.By simulation on slip and slip-free gas flow, the derived values in the micro channel of the case of slipping are more notable than those in the case of slip-free. And flow of the whole system occurs overall under the slip flow, but the no-slip flow is mainly occurred in the various parts individuallyBy numerical simulation of the different temperature, this paper obtains values with the temperature difference, which becomes larger and larger, but presents certain rules, and was fitted on the numerical. The maximum and minimum pressure, maximum speed, minimum speed of x direction and the speed of y direction of the maximum and the minimum values are increased by aperture changing from 1 um to 10 um under 400K, The maximum pressure exhibits negative exponential decline, the minimum pressure increase exponentially.
