Jing'an Oilfield Wuli Bay Chang 6 reservoir is in the western of China's Ordos Basin,and it is the three low reservoir for low permeability,low production and low pressure.Chang 6 reservoir began water flooding since 1997,and water flooding "advantage channel" have formed.Reservoir heterogeneity is serious,injecting water along fractures and high permeability layer direction flows,resulting in the lord wells occurred serious flooding,the lateral wells flooding effect is not ideal.It has serious impact on the effect of water flooding oilfield.The area carried out many profile and plugging measures,but the effect is not obvious,so consider taking plugging measures on oilwell.This thesis based on the Chang 6 reservoir geology feature and reservoir characteristics data,analyzes the reason of water wells.and conduct the plugging agent formulation experiment.Preferably three kinds of particles plugging,they are : weak gel plugging agent,strong composite gel and pre-crosslinked swellable particle.Evaluated the performance of plugging agent by static experiments and experiments on core,like the salt resistance,shear resistance,long-term stability and blocking ability.Experimental results show that weak and strong gel blocking agent have good sealing performance,high temperature tolerance,high shear resistance and can block the different core permeability.The size of Pre-crosslinked particle can be controlled,it can selectively blocked the aqueous layer without plugging the oil layer.At the same time,the construction process was optimized.It found that the water layers effectively controlled by water plugging tests in Chang 6 reservoir.The technology has important significance for improving water flooding effect,increasing oil production and enhancing oil recovery.
