The Heihe River is the second longest inland river in northwest China, which is a typical resource-based water shortage area.In recent years, the water contradictions are increasingly prominentin Heihe middle and lower reaches.Since 2000,in order to allocate the water resources scientifically and rationally,Ministry of Water Resources launched the Heihe River Basin watershed workofficially.According to the "97" watershed program approved by the State Council,Heihe water dispatching has been successfully implemented more than ten years.Since the dispatching work, the amount of water entering the lower reaches of the Heihe River increased. It has some guiding significance for Heihe River water resources management and future water transfer work to analyze the change of water resources allocation pattern and the ecological environment impact brought by water dispatching in the lower reaches of Heihe River. This paper takes the Ejina Oasis in the lower reaches of Heihe as the research object.By collecting the water dispatching data, hydrological and meteorological data of Heihe River in recent years,it analyzes the changes of water quality of Zhengyi Gorge and Langxinshan since the implementation of the water dispatching program,as well as the analysis of the temporal and spatial changes of groundwaterin the lower reaches of Heihe River.species selevtion the increasing of the shrub, the rising of ground water level.Through the field investigation and remote sensing data, itanalyzes the response of individual Populuseuphratica to Water dispatching, and the effect of Water dispatching on Populuseuphratica Forestin the Lower Reaches of Heihe River.According to the sample, the response of the trees-like,shrub-like and grass-like was investigated. Finally, according to the remote sensing data, the changes of the oasis before and after the water dispatching in the lower reaches of the Heihe River were analyzed.Through the study, this paper reveals the changes of spatial and temporal distribution of water resources since the Water dispatching,as well as the response ofvegetation to the water dispatchingv in the lower reaches of Heihe River.
