With the rapid development of the society,the development of distribution center develops rapidly.Picking operation is the core of the whole system.It has been one of the important bottlenecks to improve the efficiency of the distribution center.Therefore,.it has become a logistics company thinking how to use information technology to improve the order picking speed and restocking accuracy.For the parallel automatic picking system,it will be of great value for improving the distribution center's commercial value and cost competitiveness that how to improve the efficiency of distribution center by means of information with fixedness of the equipment scale and type and no improving of the equipment cost.There are;few researches on the order scheduling problem of parallel automatic sorting system so far.This paper puts forward the order sequence to make up for the deficiency in this research.The order sequence method is of guiding significance to the practical picking system.This paper first introduces the general situation of parallel automatic picking system and automatic restocking system.Then the paper introduces the general situation and operation flow of the picking system,the traditional automatic picking system,the parallel automatic picking system,the restocking system and the automatic restocking system.This paper describes the goods-to-people picking system and goods-to-order picking system mode,parallel picking machine structure,operation principle and related constraints,structure and operation process of intensive stocking system and rapid restocking system,high-speed shuttle cars.Based on the study of various equipment,the operation time of sorters,pre-sorting device,conveyor belt,intensive stocking system,unpacking machine,elevator,rapid shuttle bus has been analyzed.Aiming at the parallel automatic picking system with greater replenishment efficiency than sorting efficiency,an order picking optimization model with the shortest waiting time is established.Then aiming at the parallel automatic picking system with greater replenishment efficiency than sorting efficiency,This chapter derives the time when the goods arrive at the quick stocking system,the replenishment time of the quick stocking system and the order picking time and the current order quantity.At the end,the order optimization model with the shortest waiting time is established.Then,an improved adaptive genetic algorithm is designed to solve the optimization problem.The improved adaptive genetic algorithm mainly adopts improved crossover probability and mutation probability.Finally,a part order of a tobacco distribution center is selected for example simulation and the simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.In the simulation process,the total waiting time becomes smaller after several iterations.The results show that the order sequence optimization can reduce the total working time of the sorting system and improve the operation efficiency of the distribution center.
