Based on the investigation of the primary productivity,chlorophyll a and environmental factors in the season of October 2015?Autumn?,January 2016?Winter?,April 2016?Spring?and July 2016?Summer?in the territory of Jiaxing City area,we analyzed the spatial distribution and temporal variation of primary productivity and chlorophyll a,combining with the water temperature,transparency,salinity,suspended solids,nutrients,plankton and other physical and chemical and biological indicators,and the relationship between primary productivity and concentration of chlorophyll a and the main environmental factors in Jiaxing aquatic.The results showed that the annual average concentration of chlorophyll a in Jiaxing waters was 6.59 ug/L,and the average value for the spring was?7.73+3.19?ug/L;summer average was?7.81+3.75?ug/L;autumn average was?9.49+3.55?ug/L,the winter average was?1.34+0.59?ug/L.The seasonal variation of chlorophyll a concentration was autumn>summer>spring>winter.?2?The annual average content of primary productivity in Jiaxing waters was 2.26 g?O2?·m-2·d-1,and the spring average was?3.23+2.21?g?O2?·m-2·d-1,the summer average was?3.18+1.85?g?O2?·m-2·d-1,autumn average was?1.35+0.49?g?O2?·m-2·d-1,winter average was?1.27+0.70?g?O2?·m-2·d-1.?3?The respiration in Jiaxing waters was highest in summer,followed by spring,autumn and winter was again,but the net primary productivity was highest in spring,followed by winter,and negative in summer and autumn.?4?The environmental factors associated with primary productivity were significant correlation between chlorophyll a,water temperature,transparency,salinity and suspended solids content.There was a significant correlation between chlorophyll a and water temperature,salinity,COD and phytoplankton abundance.
