The change of climate can show the sensitivity of glacier,the accumulation and ablation of glaciers as a significant feature.As of the average annual glacier accumulation and ablation volume to achieve zero equilibrium position,the ELA altitude changes can effectively represent the climate at that time.Therefore,recovering the ELAs of the Tenasserim Chain in different glaciers,that can invert the local climate in the glacial period.The Tenasserim Chain is located in the eastern margin of China's Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,one strip of Hengduan Mountain,and the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Tanggula Mountains,southeast of the Daba Mountains,the Dabie Mountains With the same latitude line.The trend of the mountain near the north and south,as the western high altitude mountain and the eastern part of the transition zone,the glacial climate of the study is of great significance.The glacial valley is in Bagu village and Qinggulong village,where we went for a field exploration research.In the field we determined the evidence of glacier landform,and then through the ESR dating means to verify it.High altitude area more than 4800m has more glacier erosion geomorphic such as edge ridge,angle peak et al.From the glacier source to the position of valley mouth,followed by the discovery of 4 sets of moraine combination,it can demonstrate it had developed 4 glaciers.Respectively Penultimate Glaciation(?192±51?207±45ka)?Middle Last Glacial(?55±8?54±9ka)?Last Glacial Maximum(?25±1?38±6ka)?Holocene new glaciation or small ice age.Consider the locations of the weather station around the study area,elevation,the use of temperature,precipitation and other meteorological elements.The modern glacier balance line and the ancient snow line height of the study area were calculated by the method of ZYZ,Hess and other ancient snow line method to take the weighted average.We have get the penultimate glaciation ELA 4643m,MIS 3 ELA 4772m,LGM ELA 5107m,new glacier ELA5251m.With the change of ELA's height in different glacial period,we can inference the temperature,precipitation conditions.The result is temperature respectively dropped by 5.07°C,4.07°C,1.47°C and 0.36°C,Precipitation is 62%,59%,53%,51%compare with modern.It represents an ancient meteorological environment in Tenasserim Chain,speculated that including vegetation,lakes,tectonics,monsoon and other paleoclimate environment.Using the glacier dynamic model,the 4 times'glacial scales are 106.81 km3,58.13 km3,25.14 km3 and 7.41 km3,respectively.And then,compared with the modern glaciers,get the glacier melting for each time.In this paper,we first try to apply the Day-degree model to long time scale's ancient glaciers in the study of the change of climate change.with M was replaced by glacier ablation amount,we use the Day-degree model to calculate the DDFs are 1.58 mm·d-1·?-1,6.16mm·d-1·?-1,7.38 mm·d-1·?-1 and 15.6 mm·d-1·?-1 in different periods.The sensitivity of the glaciers to the climate increases with time,ablation gradually expanded.In many western mountains,the Tenasserim Chain belongs to a mountain whoes glacier ablation faster with the temperature rise.
