Research On The Competitiveness Comparison And Development Of Tonghua County Economic

In the comprehensive strength evaluation of the county economy in Jilin Province in 2013 and 2014, Tonghua County were ranked the seventh and the nineth in 39 counties(cities). Although it’s county economic development has made some achievements, due to the narrowing reform and transformation space and the arduous task, Tonghua county’s economic development has to face the upgrading pressure, i It is urgent to seek the main competitiveness of the county economic predicament.This paper used the factor analysis method to compare with the economic competitiveness among 28 counties(city) in Jilin province. The results show that:(1) the economic competitiveness of the gap between the counties of Jilin province is very great for the first one of Meihekou city scored 98.4 points, and the the last one of Yitong county just scored-92;(2) Tonghua county economic competitiveness in Jilin province ranked the ninth, and its ecological environment, economy gross and per capita income index scored the second, sixth and seventh respectively, showing that Tonghua county having a unique advantage in the development of ecological economy;(3) from the score of the index, Tonghua County scored 23.179,1 points, ranked the ninth, but there is a big gap to the first of Meihekou city in six aspects of urban fixed asset investment, the degree of urbanization and industrial enterprises;(4) the ecological economic competitiveness of Tonghua County ranked the second in the top ten counties in Jilin Province. Therefore, it should be paid more attention to play its ecological advantages, such as focusing on the development of ecological economy, the development of ecological products, so as to achieve the overall development of the county economy. According to the ecological advantages of Tonghua County in Jilin Province, it should be put forward the focus of ecological economy. There are some suggestions to promote the development of county economy: combining ecological advantages, focusing on promoting the development of ecological agriculture, upgrading the most competitive economies in transition "capital" for scientific development and utilization; relying on the unique advantages of the natural environment to develop ecological tourism; relying on the industrial park under construction, to develop eco industries; coordinating the development of economy and environment; adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure; playing science and technology the leading roles and functions on economic growth and ecological protection; improving the circulation ability, and developing modern logistics for the economic development; encouraging the mass innovation and entrepreneurship; increasing farmers’ income etc.
