The Evolution Mechanism Of Enterprise Product Quality Emergency And The Construction Of Emergency Decision Support System

In recent years, with the complex and volatile market environment, the growth of awareness of civil rights, as well as the information technology and the mass media in fueling, the frequency and harm of enterprise product quality emergency degree increasing. Therefore, in order to improve the enterprise product quality emergency management level, it is urgent to study the evolution mechanism, the risk early warning and the management countermeasure.First of all, enterprise product quality emergency evolution is the interactive result of many factors. Mainly focusing on the perspective of enterprise emergent behavior and public behavior reaction, this paper analyzes the driving factors and mechanism of the evolution of emergency, and establishes an interactive coupling system dynamics model that incorporates initial characteristics of event, suitability of emergency behavior in enterprises, operating system health and reaction intensity of public aggressive behavior. Using Vensim PLE simulation, the results show that: variables such as enterprise risk awareness, counter-emergency preparation levels, response speed, business trust index, public opinion index and intensity of enterprise stakeholders’ aggressive behavior have a strong interactive relationship with the enterprise emergencies influence, and can produce an important influence on the latter.Secondly, on the basis of the existing literature, this paper builds a decision support system, which includes early warning and emergency response. Through mechanism analysis and business reality, rendering index system, and further based SODM corporate emergency warning system modules and case-based reasoning enterprise emergencies Emergency Decision System module is designed in detail. Specifically, early warning system module covers some parts, such as based on the interior outer set of model data processing, the selection of base classifiers and the selection for outside the guidelines, and gives the basic algorithm flow for enterprise product quality emergencies early warning model based on SODM. The emergency decision system module in three parts: the emergency case representation, case retrieval, emergency case adaptation, are analyzed in detail. The separation and complementarily of the two, can greatly improve the quality of enterprise product quality emergency decision support system.This study not only enrich the theoretical basis for enterprise product quality emergencies evolution mechanism, and help to come up with a new explanation for the corporate business distress causes of non normal state, for effectively cope with the enterprise risk also has guidance and reference significance.
