As a very important part of the management of human resource, the performance management plays a significant role in the motivation, elimination and promotion of the staff, and also creates great influence in the working environment, the more fair culture of the company. Good performance appraisal method approves the identity of the staff, makes them work towards the same direction with the company, without taking too much time and energy of the managers. As the study of the performance appraisal method grows mature, many companies find it hard to evaluate what the employees of the functional department are doing, for they are mostly doing lots of small things that are very hard to describe the output. This article researches and analyses the problem in the performance indicator of the HR department of Bank A, and proposes a performance indicator method based on KPI, satisfaction of the stakeholders and degree of difficulty. With the hope of providing certain ideas and solution for the HR department of Bank A, we also try to show another way to better the system of performance management for all other functional departments of other types of companies. |
