counterpoising truly located on land circulation problems related to the research to further clarify the relationship of rural land property rights in China, to speed up the rural land circulation, explore the rural labor transfer and urbanization, and a series of new problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" has a positive theoretical significance.Based on the field survey data and statistical yearbook and other information as the main source of reference data, based on the rural land circulation related research at home and abroad, the article studies the related concepts and theoretical definition and summarized on the basis of the current rural land in China made by such problems as the background, premise, significance and the present situation of comprehensive overview, and then based on the logistic model of rural land right verification to the empirical analysis, the influence of the land circulation will finally put forward policy Suggestions to promote the development of rural land circulation in our country.Full text is divided into six chapters:the first chapter is the introduction, this chapter includes selected topic background and significance, the research goal and content, research method and technical route and related literature review, a total of four parts;The second chapter is research concept definition and theoretical basis.Mainly
