Beijing Electric Power Corporation is responsible for the daily construction and maintenance of power grid, operation and power supply enterprise marketing. Along with the rapid development of the power grid, smart grid is the inevitable trend of technological development, which impels the supplies warehouse management of Beijing Electric Power Corporation to set higher demands. In order to meet the requirements of the smart grid construction and operational maintenance, increase its efficiency, cost its reduction, and improve its information and sharing. The page focus on analyzing and studying the situation as above, and meet the demand of Beijing Electric Power Corporation.Firstly, the article elaborates the studied background and significance, summarizes the ERP theory, then summarizes object management, management idea, process management and advantage, so that improves the management method and provides basis. Secondly, focuses on the function of Beijing Electric Power Corporation the supplies warehouse management system, including warehouse management, material management and inventory management. According to flow of Beijing Electric Power Corporation the supplies warehouse management system, and studies its application in the ERP system, then analyzes its advantage and disadvantage. Finally, according to the limitations and target management theory, the article makes the general target and divisional target. The holistic optimization of Beijing Electric Power Corporation’s ERP supplies warehouse management system is the total target, the divisional target consists of five parts, including the shortcoming of equipment operation and storage management, chaos of inventory data, integration technology is low, the inventory management module is insufficient, and the intelligent warehouse management is low. The article is focuses on optimizing the shortcoming, makes objective, applies it, and checks the result, then comes true its optimization. The optimization is to enhance ERP supplies warehouse management system’s information and sharing, reduce labor cost, improve the efficiency of system, and meet the higher requirements of the Beijing Electric Power Corporation’s smart grid.
