The Comprehensive Comparative Study On The Investment Environment Of The Twelve Provinces In Western China

The introduction of investment can promote the economic development commendably, the key to attract investment for a country or a region is having a good investment environment. So the investment accepters need to optimize their own investment environment to improve the attractiveness of foreign investment. How to optimize the investment environment, the first thing is to find the crucial reason of the problem, it is necessary to evaluate and analyze the investment environment, finding the root causes and advantages and disadvantages, then find the solution. The objective of this paper is to compare and analyze the investment environment of the twelve province in the western region, to provide the basis for optimization, and it has great importance..In this article, we use the previous investment environment theory integrate, combine with the development of western region investment environment, depend on empirical economic thought, building a reasonable index system, dividing the factors which influence the investment environment into four categories firstly, then selected 29 indicators according to these factors, using the factor analysis method to order the four factors of each province, making horizontal contrast to the investment environment of west twelve provinces and cities, draw a comprehensive ranking, then combine with the index analysis to find out the overall problem.The conclusion of this paper shows that:the investment environment of the western region is very different, the polarization is serious, the short board is outstanding, and the dominant industry cannot be exert. But the western region has predominant natural resources, abundant and low cost labor quantity, the market size has great development potential. To solve these problems, every provinces and cities should learn from the other which investment environment is good, building infrastructure vigorously, enhancing the economic strength and financial scale, improving social security, health and education levels, in order to attract more investors.
