At present, China’s construction market growth rate declined slightly, but the total is still in 10 Billion Yuan, in the huge construction market total Engineering Subcontract, inevitable and the scale of the present growing situation and China’s overall binary package business management does not regulate the presence, for each general contracting enterprises, strengthen the bisection business management package is is particularly important and urgent.This paper study on the subcontractor management S Co.,Ltd, summarized the main issues exists in the subcontractor management of the S company, and proposed the corresponding improvement measures. I wish that this paper can propose a reference to the subcontractors’ management of the other company. The main contents and results are as follows:(1) Summarized the domestic and foreign research status and the related theories on subcontractor management.(2) Proposed the subcontractor management system, including five areas:the selection and evaluation of subcontractor management, subcontractor management strategies, subcontractors process management, incentives for subcontractors, and the management of the cooperation partnership between contractor subcontractor.(3) Summarized the main problems existed in the S corporation subcontractor management, including:there are some problem in the selection and evaluation process of subcontractors such as subcontractors’ technology and management capacity were low, can’t match the actual needs of the project, some subcontractors’sense of quality construction is not strong in process management etc.(4) Proposed the improvement program of the subcontractor management of S corporation. Including:Subcontractor Selection and Evaluation index system construction, subcontractors incentive system design, the total subcontracting design partnerships.(5)Based on the Cloud technology, using the current advanced server virtualization technology, build the project management of S company private cloud platform, the realization of the company s sub contractor management information management, strengthened and subcontracting business collaboration and communication, and improve the efficiency of the implementation project and cost saving.
