Under the background of economic globalization and integration, the diversity of the workplace is increasing in the organization. With the increasingly fierce of marketing environment and complicated internal environment, the ability of managing diversity and cross-cultural differences from the managers will become an important factor of enterprise development. With the appearance of "inclusive economic","inclusive development", inclusive leadership gradually become the focus of the study on human resources experts and scholars. As the thorough research on leading behavior and employee attitude behavior mechanism, emphasize remain open and inclusive leadership as a relational leadership style, enriching the leadership behavior research is of great significance. In addition, through viewing the literature of inclusive leadership behavior, this paper found that inclusive leadership behavior has influence on job satisfaction, organizational performance and employee turnover intention which are employees’ attitudes and behavior, but mostly the research is staying on the theoretical analysis, the level of the relevant empirical research is less. Therefore, the paper mainly discusses that the inclusive leadership has impact on behavior of employee silence and its mechanism on employees’ negative attitude and behavior plays an important role.On the basis of related literature, this study choose inclusive leadership,the employee silence behavior, trust of employee, and build the model relationship among them. Through the study of 311 valid questionnaires on the empirical study, this paper found that inclusive leadership had significant negative influence on employee silence behavior, in other words the inclusive leadership style can inhibit the organization staff silence behavior; And the employee trust plays a mediating role between inclusive leadership and employee silence. The results are as follows:(1) Inclusive leadership has significant negative influences on acquiescence silence,defensive silence,indifferent silence; (2) Inclusive leadership has significant positive influences on employee trust; (3) Employee trust has significant negative influences on acquiescence silence,defensive silence, indifferent silence; (4) Employee trust plays partial mediating role between inclusive leadership and employee acquiescence silence; Employee trust plays a mediating role between inclusive leadership and employee defensive silence; Employee trust plays a mediating role between inclusive leadership and employee indifferent silence;Research implications:With the development of workplace diversity, the enterprise leaders should notice that they need more leadership behavior, for example more show of open, accessibility, so as to bridge the gap between subordinate, in order to improve the employee trust in leadership, and then put forward valuable opinion about the present situation of the enterprise existing to break employees silence, promote the development of enterprises in the fierce market competition.
