It is extremely difficult to achieve success or accomplish any tasks only by oneself in the 21 st century, when knowledge is well differentiated and highly integrat ed.Therefore, the team gradually becomes a main working form in various kinds of organization and institutions. Only we gather all kinds of talented person helping each other and with a fine atmosphere and diversified heterogeneous team, can w e succeed in the fierce competition. Meanwhile, with the comingera of knowledgebased economy, innovation cycle is becoming shorter and shorter. We cannot survi ve without innovation. To establish a creative country relies on integration and upg rading of independent innovation capacity in national innovation system. Whereas innovation team is a basic unit of innovation system, its growth is key point of virtuous circle of innovation system. Therefore, this thesis takes heterogeneous tea m as the research object and discusses how the heterogeneous team impacts tea m innovation, especially proceeding from ‘input-process-output’ of all the team p rocess to study the contribution path of ‘deep team heterogeneity-team reflexivityteam innovation’.The paper tries to further research in depth that how deep the team heterogenei ty and team reflexivity impact team innovation. Through theoretic generalizing bas ed onfour changing elements, namely, team heterogeneity, team reflection, team in novation support and team innovation, we put forward hypothesis and theoreticalm odel; Through samples from questionnaire and empirical study of reliability, validity analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression and struct ural equation model(SEM), we reach to the following conclusion:(1)Team heteroge neity has a significant positive effect on team innovation, of which heterogeneit y of team member’s professional backgrounds and similar work values also have a s ignificant positive effect on team innovation.(2) Team reflection has an effect ofm ediator partially between team innovation and team heterogeneity.(3) Team innova tion has a positively regulating effect on team reflection and team innovation.In summary, the thesis is based on team-matters culture background in our count ry, enterprises have a growing concern of team innovation in order to maintain a dvantage in the competition in the long run. At the same time,this paper proves the team incentives of teamreflection and team innovation support in improving teaminnovation process andemphatically elaborates the importance of team member di versity when team reflection has an effect on team innovation,which provides stro ng practicalvalue and reference for business operator to manage and organize,so th ey can build a efficient team and upgrade the team innovation capacity. Meanwhil e, this essay not only enriches the study of team heterogeneity but also explores h ow and to what extentthe team heterogeneity influences team innovation to provid e new ideas and promotes the theory of team innovation in respect of the team d evelopment.Finally, we hope to provide references for the future study through su mmary and analysis on this thesis’ s limitations.
