Evaluation On Urban Intensive Land Use Of Taiyuan

The expedition of urbanization process constantly enlarges urban scale. To ensure land for urban development, urban land always expand rapidly by occupying cultivated lands, which causes a series of problems like food security, land acquisition conflict and destruction of ecological environment. The scarcity of land resource requires the economic growth pattern of urbanization development to change from extensive form to intensive form. No matter the current urgent need to solve urban land use problem, or the selection of optimal economic development way in the future, to promote healthy development of urban cities, we should pay more attention to and deeply study urban land use problem, and use urban lands intensively.Shanxi Province is in a special stage of economic transition and upgrading of an industrial structure. Taiyuan City, as the capital city of Shanxi Province, carries the heavy responsibility of leading Shanxi economy booming and huge development pressure. The research of recent ten years’ land intensive using condition of Taiyuan City will help us to analyze problems in past urban land using, and give reference for reform in the future.This paper analyzes Taiyuan land intensive using condition in two parts:In the theoretical part, mainly elaborates topic selection and research background of this paper, summarizes current domestic and foreign research achievements in relevant fields, briefly introduces research contents and technical routes, and explains the innovation points of this paper. Teases related concepts and theories of urban land intensive using, and lays a theoretical foundation for research in this paper. And introduces principles and index selection basis which should be obeyed in construction of target system when evaluating urban land intensive using, and compares theories,characteristics and feasibility with several methods. PSR model helps to select index and makes systematic evaluation. Entire-array-polygon evaluation method will provide intuitionistic diagram of single index and comprehensive indexes changing, which both satisfies data constraint condition of this paper and highly conforms to research target.Finally, this paper selects PSR model and entire-array-polygon evaluation method as evaluation methods of this paper.In empirical research, which introduces integrate development condition and landusing condition of Taiyuan City. According to connotation of urban land intensive using and evaluation index system constructed by intensive using influence factors under PSR model, this paper adopts entropy evaluation method to confirm weight and explains the evaluation processes of two methods in detail. At last is result analysis. This Chapter explains the reason of differences between two evaluation methods, analyzes horizontal changing condition of intensive using, judges coordination condition between subsystems with coordination degree model, and finds obstacle factors in Taiyuan land intensive using from index level and criterion layer with obstacle degree model.
