Effects Of Teams’ Transactive Memory System And Team Initiative On Innovation Performance Of Entrepreneurial Team

Entrepreneurship is the hot topic. "Public entrepreneurship", "grassroots entrepreneurship" entrepreneurial hot words have been written to the government work report, and issued a lot of favorable policy support small micro enterprises business. At the same time, in college students’ group, the "challenge cup" business plan competition, entrepreneurship competition and so on all kinds of e-commerce innovation entrepreneurship competition for college students venture created a favorable business environment. Mobile Internet, big data, cloud computing and other innovative use of science and technology is promoting the business boom.In this background, this article based on the SCP(structure- behavior-performance) of entrepreneurial team theory model, the selection of college students’ entrepreneurial teams as the research object, to team as unit to study college students’ entrepreneurial cognitive mode, behavior characteristics and innovation. Select transactive memory system as cognitive mode, team initiative as action features, innovation performance as evaluation index, build a theoretical model, team initiative as intermediary variables, discusses transactive memory system, team initiative effect on entrepreneurial team innovation performance. By literature review, case studies and empirical research with the combination of research methods.Case study selected the three typical start-up venture successful cases “Maipu”, “Ji’ai”, and “Jiepai”; On the basis of case study, this paper puts forward theoretical hypothesis, around the hypothesis to build theoretical model. In the context of "challenge cup" business plan competition,this research was based on the team level to discuss entrepreneurial teams’ transactive memory system, team initiative effecting on team innovation performance.In 95 a team of 354 questionnaire data summary analysis, according to the results,transactive memory system and team initiative were related to team innovation performance.Team-driven、collaboration、adaptation played a mediator role in the relationship between specialty and team innovation performance.Collaboration、adaptation played a mediator role in the relationship between credibility and team innovation performance.The result showed that initiative would deepen transactive memory system in the influence of the team.While initiative behavior is high, the average produce cognitive model with high degree of transactive memory system, so as to enhance the group cohesion and sense of belonging, and improve entrepreneurial teams’ innovation performance.According to the research results and the research conclusion, we put forward the corresponding management advice.
