Research On The Question Of Processing-trade Firms’ Transformation And Upgrading

On the issues about processing-trade firms’ transformation and upgrading, in the past, scholars usually analysis it in a macro perspective and eventually draw a conclusion of macroeconomic policy or make comment on economic trends. However, many relatively broad conclusions does not have enough targeted to the processing-trade firms. Whether processing-trade firms need transformation and upgrading or not? Which aspects processing-trade firms need transformation and upgrading? Purpose of this paper is that through case studies to illustrate processing-trade firms need transformation and upgrading, and eventually give out some targeted measures or recommendations of processing-trade firms’ transformation and upgrading.First part of this article introduces the case’s background and basic information. Case background includes introduction of processing enterprises, A electronic factory and its associated company- B company’s basic situation. All the background is described around A electronic factory. Case basic information is used to describe A electronic factory and B company in detail. For in-depth analysis of the second part, the first part prepared enough data and information.In the second part, this paper sorts out the related theories of processing trade enterprises’ transformation and upgrading firstly, which include the related concepts of processing trade’s transformation and upgrading, theoretical basis, restricting factors and path, and so on. Then, the paper use relevant theories to analysis A electronic factory’s transformation and upgrading issues which is described in the first part of the paper. After the above review and analysis, this paper make recommendations for A electronic factory’s transformation and upgrading. Finally, at the end of the paper, about transformation and upgrading of processing trade enterprises, the paper makes a summary further.Although topic of processing-trade firms’ transformation and upgrading is not a new topic, but to study the related issues still has a very realistic significance.
