The Risk Management Of The Microwave Darkroom Design Project Of Space XX Factory

Microwave dark room is a kind of relative silence electromagnetic measurement environment which can shield the external electromagnetic interference, suppress internal electromagnetic multipath reflection and absorb the waves; it is mainly used to measure the microwave, antenna features and objects of the radar cross section. In recent years, our country constructed a large number of different size and different usage of mic rowave dark room. The dark room requires high precision of the material and environment, therefore in the process of design project there are a variety of unknown risks, and it needs to build detailed and accurate grasp of the situation of the various. A good job of risk management in the process of design can effectively avoid the happening of the risk, ensure the project move smoothly, and finally obtain the desired social, economic and environmental comprehensive benefit.This author studied the microwave dark room design and construction, project risk assessment, according to the steps of project risk assessment, did the actual situation of risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and puts forward related Suggestions. In the process, risk ide ntification and risk analysis are the focus of our work. The various tools and methods of risk identification and analysis is helpful to the identification and analysis of risk of project. What’s more, the fuzzy analysis method and analytic hierarchy proce ss is used to the quantitative analysis and evaluation of risk. In the end, the suggestions for the XX factory microwave dark room design projects was put forward.However, the analysis and Suggestions also are without practice that the effectiveness of it remains to be inspection, it is better that the recommendations of this paper can be the reference for the practice of XX factory.
