Both global multinational companies and local enterprises in China are facing global competition and economic downward pressure. Production base, suppliers and sales management is making and product value creation and closer contact related department. At present, in short, enterprises face the competition is not only a single game, but the whole supply chain competition, the result decides the terprise life cycle. In this paper, through the analysis of D company supply chain management activities, find out the MRO purchasing each link of the problem and put forward the improvement scheme. Based on their own ability of the service, establish a good relationship with customer, can win more market share, reduce inventory risk and inventory levels, lower total cost of supply chain, and improve the efficiency of the whole supply chain.In this paper, first of all, this paper expounds the background of the research of supply chain management, as well as the research purpose and meaning, puts forward the D of the company’s supply chain management based on the research method and train of thought, and introduces the present situation of the electronics industry with the company’s basic situation. Then, this paper analyzes the D company MRO purchasing under supply chain management of the existing problems and causes, mainly include: customer service level; Supplier selection range is narrow; Order response is relatively slow; Inventory level is too high and the logistics distribution optimization. In view of the above several problems, combined with supply chain management and customer relationship management basic theoretical knowledge, this paper puts forward that D company to rebuilding the supply chain organization structure, constantly assess the supply chain process, affecting the efficiency of the key bottlenecks is improved; Company should develop a customer-focused management philosophy, to various functional departments to strengthen training and education, make the staff to change ideas, focusing on the needs of customers to provide excellent services; Order response, inventory control, logistics and distribution problems, such as put forward the corresponding improvement strategy; At the same time, the company’s response to the performance evaluation of supply chain activities, so as to timely find the company on the supply chain operation management shortcomings and loopholes, improve customer satisfaction, to win customer loyalty.
