With the development of economic globalization, market competition becomes fierce. The domestic enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises have shifted from the initial simple internal competition to international competition. In order to adapt to the economic globalization and seek survival in the increasingly fierce market competition, the enterprise must rely on an effective marketing team as a communication bridge between company and customers to deliver the enterprise’s products and service concept to the customers. How to establish an effective marketing team has been a headache for many enterprises marketing executives. Based on the case study of H Company’s marketing team, this paper aims to enhance the company’s customer satisfaction and performance, expand market influence, and enhance the competitiveness of the company through the marketing team building research.The post-80 s have gradually become the mainstay of the enterprise. With great creativity and flexibility, the post-80 s have sharp minds. They dare to take adventure. While at the same time, they are somewhat egocentric and only do things related to their own interest. Every era belongs to the young people. Therefore, post-80 s will inevitably become the new mainstream. However, many managers find that their ways of management that have stood the test of time do not function among today’s post-80 s. So how to manage post-80 s has become an important and urgent problem.H Company’s marketing team problems will be analyzed with relevant theories through the method of case study, and some recommendations will be given in this paper. Firstly, based on research on literature, the concepts and features of team, team building and effective team will be analyzed. Secondly, the paper points out case company’s marketing team building problems through survey, and dig out the underlying reasons. Thirdly, based on “Iceberg Model”, “Hierarchy of Needs”, “Two Factors Theory” and the characteristics of post-80 s, proposal will be given. Finally, through the comparison of performance before and after the implementation, the paper elaborates the importance of effective marketing team building for the case company.
